What this portal collects
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, organization, selected service and project message. It records the submission time and a request identifier. It does not enroll you in a mailing list.
Hosting and abuse protection
Cloudflare hosts this portal and stores submitted inquiries. It processes network information needed to deliver and protect the website. The application uses a short-lived, hashed network address for submission rate limits; it does not add the raw address to your inquiry. The portal does not set analytics cookies or load advertising trackers.
Use and retention
CoreFeld reviews your request and contacts you about it. We do not sell inquiry data. Portal entries expire 90 days after submission; records needed for an ongoing engagement may be kept separately as business correspondence. Authorized CoreFeld staff can review and delete portal entries.
Request access, correction or deletion
Use the contact form or CoreFeld’s corporate contact to ask about your inquiry data. We may verify the request before changing or disclosing information.
Product and customer data
This website accepts business inquiries. Recording storage, institutional access, data handling and retention for a Capture deployment are agreed with the customer before launch. Those arrangements are separate from this website notice.
