Hosting costs stay visible
The managed platform fee starts at $199 per month. Attributable media storage, playback delivery, processing and request costs are billed at provider cost plus a 25% service markup. Shared application hosting, standard monitoring and business-hours support are covered by the platform fee. The cost calculator helps you explore the effect of library size, video quality and viewing activity before committing.
A shared platform, separate institutions
The production service design separates institutional accounts, integrations and recording libraries while sharing application infrastructure. Tenant isolation, load, redundancy and recovery must be verified before production onboarding. The current demonstration is a single-host deployment; it is not the production SaaS service.
Your recordings stay yours
We agree on the storage arrangement, institutional permissions and export procedures before launch. Retention and recording access are configured in Capture. A wider rollout proceeds after your team has reviewed the pilot, operating scope and data-handling agreement.
Start with a scoped evaluation
This is an assisted deployment, with an engineer involved in setup and rollout. Your institutional workspace is provisioned after scope, terms and production readiness are agreed. The public website takes demo and proposal requests; it does not start a production subscription or ingest student records.
