Customer-owned cloud
Your cloud account.
Your recording library.
We implement Capture in your AWS or Azure environment. Your organization retains the infrastructure, storage and cloud bill, with source and operating documentation delivered.
Keep ownership practical
The institution controls its cloud account, media storage, region and infrastructure access. CoreFeld provides the Capture software, the scoped integration work and ongoing software support. Your team operates the infrastructure unless a separate managed operations agreement is made.
Compute, private media storage, backups and monitoring.
Canvas, Microsoft Entra and supported room workflows.
Configuration, deployment, testing, documentation and training.
AWS and Azure are implementation options
Capture has S3 and Azure Blob storage adapters. We select a deployment design around your region, IAM policies, workload and recovery needs. Other cloud providers or storage APIs require an agreed integration scope rather than an assumed compatibility claim.
License the product, scope the work
Software and standard support start at $2,400 per year, billed annually. Implementation starts at $1,500. You pay your cloud provider directly, with no CoreFeld margin on that bill. Software licensing does not charge by room or user.
The production handoff
- A tested instructor-to-student Canvas workflow and agreed account permissions.
- Retention, backup restoration and recovery procedures reviewed with your team.
- Source delivery, deployment documentation and administrative training.
- A support scope, release process and a migration plan where needed.
Production capacity, hardware compatibility and availability goals are verified in your environment before rollout. A successful product demo is a starting point for that work.
